Hidden tools in the CorelDRAW Graphical Suite

First, many thanks to this awesome site and members.
Second, I got this CorelDRAW GS version 16.0.0 and updates to 16.4 or 16.3, from two sources, many thanks to uploaders, and it works perfectly, but there are a lot of hidden tools (like broken blur, smooth tool etc) and dockers – they greyed out in menus. These tools can’t be accessed – when you choose them, the Sign Up window appear and that’s all.
Yes, these tools extremely unimportant (in many cases), but for the sake of the Update to 16.4 version you just wonder what it adds beside unavailable tools.

The release by X-FORCE of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7.2 has everything enabled including new and enhanced features.

Thanks, but I use 16.4 and I asked about 16 version. I use XP. Hope someone know about locked 16.4 version tools.
