Help with my CD-DVD

Yes I need help for my CD and DVD players on my computer stoped working. Is there a software that might help in making xp reconize them? thank y ou

When you open My Computer do the drives show up or not? If you do a system restore and it doesn’t solve the problem that means you need to buy new a CD and DVD drive. Another thing you can do is look under device manager to see if the drives are functioning properly or not.
