Help whats a homebrew capable 360 ?

ok so i want to be able to load games from a usb device but i apprently need a homebrew capable 360 can someone help explain how i do this please btw my xbox drive is hacked not sure if that matters

hi Mate – I got this info from a mate’s website – he mod’s Xbox 360’s, PSP and wii’s
* This is the new homebrew / USB Hard Drive / Mame 360 mod for Xbox 360
* Lets you plug in a USB Hard drive, load games, roms and even Xbox live content to a USB hard drive.
* Microsoft have blocked most of the newer models ( past June 09 manufacture dates)from this hack and your system must meet certain requirements.
* Your Xbox 360 must NOT have been updated in the last 6 months with latest games or via xbox live. Your Dashboard version must be kernel 2.0.7371 (Fall 08 Update) or lower.
* Otherwise all other un-updated before June date will work.
* XBMC is currently being developed for this mod comming soon.
* Basicly you’ll be able to use it like the old Xbox 1 mod and also play the current games.
* Takes you to the latest kernal 8955 so you can play all current titles.
* You dont even need a flashed DVD firmware !!
* Cygnos 2 not required
* Big block nands now supported!! 256/512k arcade packs before June!!
* Use xexloader (like evox) and XBreboot
* Unlock games and make them completley region free!
