Help stuck in Darksiders game!

Can someone who has progressed far pls help. I’m trying to solve a puzzle. I’m in a some sort of submerged train station. There is a raised platform in the centre that has a bomb point, there are 3 broken pipes shooting flame. I can swim underwater, there’s a submerged train down there and two doors blocked by blue crystal. What am I supposed to do here to be able to progress? Thanks.

If i’m correct, you will have to swim underwater and find a passage, this will lead you further down the level.
