HELP! need to create a network b/w my pc and laptop

I have got a pc connected to a router (HUAWEI Quidway WA1003A) via ethernet cable and my laptop connected to it (the wireless router) using WiFi. This has been done for internet sharing. I was wondering if I could transfer data between these two machines using this connection. Any one knows how to do that??

Um, try buying a NAS and attach it on and then you can use that as a device to transfer and store files
