Anyone can help me solve this?
I can open a Folder but not the SubFolders . .
Maybe you are opening a RAR file. I hope so. BTW what file are you trying to open, because we see no extention with your file name.

Every sub-folders i mean A Folder in A Folder It just keeps showing the same Error on every sub folders I.E. C:\Users\user\Desktop\VA-DandBAA3CD[2010]\New Folder
The bold means the folder I’m trying to open in a folder.

can you delete “New Folder” if it’s empty
or right click it, select “properties” and see what that says

I just did a system recovery and the problem is gone, but after i reinstalled IE 9 Beta the error appears again D:
