Hello. What combination of buttons on keyboard I should press to Google Chrome show me the film in the bootom after I close the film?

if you close the tab you can reopen closed tab by pressing Ctrl+Shift+T

You open your downloads with Ctrl + J for most if not all browsers.

Then what is your question? The file at your pic looks like an internet url shortcut, you probably downloaded a webpage or the link that had the content rather than the content instead. If it’s a filehost link or a flash video or similar you could try jdownloader 2, you can paste the content url or the webpage and let jdownloader 2 crawl for links you can download.
