in my country getting to university is so hard and i don’t have time to study in college because i got to work , i have associate degree in computer software .i am very interested in philosophy and i want to get Bachelor Degree and then continue later . i am looking for a good online Philosophy college , ( i want a college witch really accept me as student because i know my country have political problems , i am looking for Valid university and not something fake , i also want to be able to pay my semester payments online via pay pal or master card ) .

online universitys fall into 2 categorys:
1. Scams
2. Places that will actually make you learn things, take tests etc, but in the end you will have a degree that isnt recognized by anyone as having any value.
