Get a custom nameserver for free! Name server!

I want to get a my own name server for free? How do i get it?
I already have a subdomain registered with DynDNS! and a co.cc account..!!
I want to use co.cc to be used instead of dyndns account!
I dont want to forward URL!
I want all this for free! Someone please help!!
dns registars are never for free. You can buy a domain name and use freedns. That is one off the cheapest options
