Germany | Download | Valid | Help

Hey guys!
I arrived in Germany a few days back & I am not very sure if I can download using torrents/RS/MU/other file sharing systems..
can you please temme if its fine ? or will I be fined if I download anything?

Use file hosts but avoid using torrents…

anyways, i heard that its quite risky to download here.. but yeah :\ tough luck.. i cant survive without downloading a few games
