Fallout 3 major issue X:

So dudes , i donwloaded the full-rip by skullptura of Fallout 3 , and it works great here ,even though my computer kinda suck and run’ it in low settins , but i don’t care the game has a great plot and gameplay
but i’ve encountered several bugs along the game, first was right in the start when i enter Megaton and experience some CTD’s(crash to desktop) , i did a bunch of stuff and fix’ it , then , when i walk up to moriartys saloon and walk up to that Mister Burke dude , instant CTD
Also when the enclave kills ur dad in the project purity room , the door was shut and no way to be open so i had to put in the console the commadn ‘tcl’ cus it takes out the clippin’ so i could get throuh the wall
. but now , after like 8 hours of gameplay and stuff , i’m in the mission where u retrieve the G.E.C.K from vault 87 . Right after i rescue Falwkes and he retrieves the geck to me , i read in google that the enclave was suppose to find me and steal the stuff from me, but guess what , here it doesn’t happen , it just appear the quest as ‘Escape Vault 87’


even if i stay here for like half and hour , no one shows up to steal the geck from me, i even kill’d fawkes in an attempt to un-bug the game or something , but nothing
Hope u guys can help cus a i really need an extra-space in HD but i kinda didn’t wanted to delete the game unless i finish it

it’s a rip.. rips are known for being unable to complete the game due to bugs caused by whatever they ripped out.
if you want to finish the game, i’d suggest just downloading the full iso and bringing your save over.

ahh crap , i have a slow internet connection (1mb) so it would take forever for the full iso but thanks anyway
btw , ive completed some rips already , like the gofather..

i did man , i found the exit and got back to lampight caverns but the quest was still’ there,
I wasn’t suppose to be able to escape anyways :X
great game , but i guess i’ll have to delete it

nah.-.., you said you used Noclip-. So there must have been a point in there you would have to pass for it to continue in the story… find every door you “flew”through and instead “console-press door- type “unlock”- That counts as a lockpick and a way of progressing in the story. They game most likely bugged out cause you flew past the “actionpoint”

do u think so ? But at the point that my dad was kill’d so was i if i didn’t enter god mode and than no clip , the game just bugg’d since there than?

yeah id say backtrack all the way to “at least where that giant green monkey gives you the device. Then head to the exit. And it will get enoying. But try to use the “unlock” on every door on the way out you might have passed though without opening.

ok thx, i’m going to start a new game without any chets this time , this will be hard
