Downloading from RS Premium with Internet Download Manager

I am having to copy/paste each link individually to download… how do I make IDM queue up all links?

Integrate Internet Explorer / Firefox with IDM. To do this go to Downloads -> Options -> "General" tab
and turn on the option for your browser.
Restart your browser.
Now, when viewing a website where there are a list of links, highlight the links and right click – then select download with IDM.
A windows should appear asking you to select which files to download – if you want all of them simply click “Check All” and hit ok.
You then need to start the queue – go to Downloads -> Start Queue -> Start main download queue
If the files aren’t being downloaded, but you’re getting an HTML page instead – it would mean there at some point there is a problem.
