Download speeds are now 150kbs max?

My download speeds use to be around 600kbs to 1mbs but now they wont go over 150kbs and if they do they die down to 20 or so kbs.
Any one know what is wrong?

Ya rapidshare and also megaupload I usually get amazing speeds from megaupload tho…

i dont know about megaupload, but iv had this problem with rapidshare a few times.

my rapidshare is working fine. never ever had speeds anywhere near 150k, let alone 20k. I’d be surprised if its rapidshare – i’d say your isp is limiting your traffic because you’re downloading too much / its at peak times

There might be the possibility someone’s phising your account and using your username and password
