Deleting Files[SOLVED]

I am wondering if whats the best program to use for deleting files that you cannot delete..
I have used so far is:
Malwarebytes Assasin tool
DelinvFile
And Unlocker….

Occasionally this is for my future use if something got stuck again in my desktop so Thanks….

LockHunter (since you already tried Unlocker).

If that does not work, boot from a live cd and you can delete anything.
