Copy paste in android

Searched on google, but didn’t found the answer to my question. I have android 2.3.4, build nr 20120107 058.

press n hold longer on file/text till menu apears

Use your finger to mark the text and keep it there for 1-2 secs, a pop-up saying ‘copy’ should appear, if not try just marking it, get your finger off, and then press on the marked text for 1-2 secs again..

Here you go:

• Tap and hold for the text selection tool to appear.
• Slide the tool to select the required text.
• Tap and hold on the selection for a dialogue box to appear and hit copy.
• Navigate over to where you want to paste the text.
• Tap and hold the space until a dialogue box appears and hit paste.
