Computer Case jumper cables Question

As you can see from the photo there are 3 cables in total (minus the fan cable)
looking as the cable that has the Black box thing on it thats linked to another Black box thing thats linked to all those black things…. well what i want to know is that will all of them be needed to be connected to my mobo because my mobo only has 3 places for them things and in total there is 5 in that picture 3 of which are conected to the same god damed thing, is it an alternative so if it wont fit in one it will fit into another?
BTW is from a Cooler Master Centurion 590 case
If you can understand this them please explain to me cause i have no clue

the three black ones look like usb to me. pick one (or two) that work for you. Your mobo book should say what pin layout you need and the case plugs should have a mark to show pin 1. If only these things were standard. the single plugs off to the left are for speaker, hdd light, and reset. there should be a small block of pins to the edge of the mobo, and they shud have a legend not too far way.
