Cell phone reverse look up?

Was wondering can you do a reverse look up on a cell phone number? I know there are sites that claim you can, but I am doubting it. Was just curious.

Usually only if the numbers are listed. Try putting the number in Google, you might get hits from local White Pages etc or even posted on sites or contained in on-line .docs.
Emergency services are able to do it (police/fire/ambulance) but only as they have access to the main databases of providers.

You can,If it’s a US number at least,Never saw any such sites that support other countries,But freely,You’ll only
get the provider name,state and maybe city,If you wanna get the person’s info,It’d cost ya.
