can someone recommend a video editing software that can..

hey everyone
i want to make photoshop makeover videos, and i need a video editing software that can fast forward clips, add text whenever i need and stuff like that. ive tried windows movie maker but i didnt know how to fastforward, ad its abit simple, not what i need. thanks guys

Is This One Good ? Its A Video Editor I FOund On W-BB And One Tip On Youtube Are Loads Of Video’s With Help Just Search There For Help If You Don’t Know Something Off This Video-Editor Or Just Ask On W-BB ^^

yeah adobe premiere would be the best choice + you can use if for anything and I bet once you know it , it’s gonna be the only video editing program you will need forever
