Can I use this charger?

I have mobile with this battery: 1,050 mAh rechargeable Li-Ion Polymer battery.
AC Adapter: Voltage range/frequency: 100 ~ 240V AC, 50/60Hz
DC output: 5V and 1A
That charget works fine but has a lose plug, so I have other universal charger with these specs.
AC Adapter: Voltage range/frequency: 100 ~ 240V AC, 50/60Hz
DC output: 5V and 750mA.
The only differene is that the univercel charger provides 250 mA less then the orignal. Can using the universal charger damage the battery or the cellphone??

it might damage ur phone but i’m not sure!
well u can take the risk if u want?? but why don’t you just buy a charger for it??

being it’s 25% lower output you should be OK
probably take longer to recharge tho
