Burning Lightscribe Image on Non-LS Media

Hey,
My new computer build came in, and its effing awesome =P. I ordered a Light Scribe DVD writer, and its cool and all, but the LS Dvd’s are extremely expensive 10 dvd’s for 8-15 dollars.. ha. *I got an awesome deal on Newegg for 100 DVD’s for 15.99*
I tried burning on normal Media, but you need a alignment code printed on the center of the DVD *around the hole*
I was thinking, could you force reading the code off, or emulate a code? O.o’

No. It’s an optical (holographic-ish) barcode. It does not know where it’s “printing” the label if it has no alignment.
