Best Video Tutorial to Learn Flash?

I’m just wondering guys, which video tutorial would you recommend if someone wants to learn flash? I actually wanted to learn flash, I just dont know which tutorial to use. Any recommendations? Thanks!
Im looking forward more to learning how to make banners, splash page, mostly effects to spice up a website, i dont plan to make a full flash site.
