Awaiting cd key authorization call of duty uo

My friends an I were playing COD1 1.1 version via hamachi and everything was working fine. After installing COD: United Offense a problem occured when trying to join a hosted game. When I create a game, other player while trying to join a game keep getting a message “awaiting cd key authorization”. We can’t get past that screen. Did anyone encounter similar problem or does anyone know how to solve this? Firewalls (comodo) are on game mode…

Delete the codkey file from your hard drive.
1) Click the Start button > Find (or Search) > Files & Folders.
2) Search your hard drives for “codkey”.
3) Delete the codkey file located in the C:\…\Call of Duty\Main folder.
4) Launch the multiplayer game.
5) Click Multiplayer options, then Enter Key.
6) Enter your CD Key.

tried that. i don’t have codkey file anywhere on my pc. when i enter my cd key it’s says it’s valid but when i close the game and reenter it, the cd key fields are empty again :S.

cod is 1.5 version, cod uo 1.51

didn’t help. people connected to my lan directly (another pc in my house) can join but the remote ones using hamachi (which simulates lan) can’t. with COD 1.1 we didn’t have this problems…

I searched on different sites and lots of people has the same problem but i didn’t found a working solution :/. i guess we’ll be getting back to ordinary cod 1.1 :S. damn patches…
