Are NZB allowed on the site?

Is it legal to post NZB-links? I have uploaded some stuff to newsgroups and would like to share it with you.
I doubt it very much. Rules state links must be freely available to everyone. Usenet isn’t, and it’s not a lot different to torrents anyway.
