Apple itunes 10 – audiobook help!

hey all, i have been trying to convert mp3 to m4b for i tunes, but its going very slow and prog. im useing dose not work well on my windows pc. so i read something that on new itunes like itunes 10 that i have – that you can designate files (mp3 etc) as audiobook and itunes dose all the rest, i have looked on google and cant find out how to do this and im new to itunes. read something about useing aac or something but im a bit lost few points/ steps to follow would be gr8 !

Go to iTunes, right click on the MP3 file, Get Info, Go to Options, In “Media Kind” select Audiobook. iTunes should do the rest
