These should be a good deal better than the RAZER headphones. The Carcharias is better than that. The Carcharias is a rebranded Sennheiser HD555/580.
Don’t buy headphones marked as “gaming” or 5.1/7.1 crap if you know what’s good for you. For $120 you can easily get an Audio-Technica AD700 which wipes the floor with every single headphone in terms of first person shooter gaming. Add a $10 Zalman mic and you’re good to go.
I'm sick of broken headbands and mediocre mics. Then you should avoid crap like Razer and Roccat and Logitech.

I have studio mic whit 5.1 system from logitech-headphones suck!!

Steelseries Siberia V2. A lot of pro gamers use it, and it’s moderatly priced. I have one myself and it is very good! Search around for it and check the reviews!
almost forgot: I can wear this thing for 12+ hours on a day and it doesn’t hurt your ears or feels weird on your head!
