Annoying software alt-tab me when I fullscreen game

When I play fullscreen game, it alt-tab me periodically, 1 hour got like 3-4 times, causing opponent take advantage, which is frustrating. It alt-tab me, and then stay hidden (or at taskbar not sure which one)
Is there anyway to know which software do that?

It could be any program updating itself. I can see at least one straight off – Google updater.

Adobe Flash Player Updater running every hour is a bit unnecessary too.
Tune Up Utilities and Anti Virus may cause game disruption too (check if AV has a game mode)
