Adobe Photoshop CS4 cursor glitched!

I was in the middle of photoshopping.
I minimized the photoshop screen to go printscreen something of my web browser. After i opened up photoshop again, the ‘grab’ cursor is always in use.
Whatever tool i use on the side bar (e.g Crop tool, brush, move tool) my cursor ends up appearing as the grab “” cursor AND I CAN’T CLICK OR EDIT MY PICTURE D:
please help!

Restarting the application will do the job I think.
