I would like to add someone to but cannot find the topic on how to get this done..any help much appreciated

But how it is possible….I have seen ~3 new users under:

The Support Center is still closed down and I’m unsure whom to ask…
I also have a friend who would like to join BB. Do you know when (and if) registration is going to re-open?

Registration will not be opened until support center is back online. There is no time frame on when that will be.
