Activating Windows 8.1 error

Every time i try to activate windows 8.1 getting error No key management service could be contacted what should I do?

Try KMSpico ………. run it as administrator.

Use KMS pico 9.x version cheers

I have done both things it says that windows is activated but it really isnt
