Electronic magazines are really warez ?

Hi..
I wonder if electronic magazines ( not ebooks ) do have copyright, i mean if they have legitimate owners or they are simply free of charge ..

Of course, if you read the legals , they do have a “copyright”..

EVERYTHING created has copyright until it is given up or taken by law.
Even free things are copyright to someone, they just have made them free to use/download/public domain, whatever.

A lot of magazines offer electronic issues through platforms like Zinio.
That majority of ebooks and electronics issues are still subject to copyright as they would be if they were in print form.
