Nfs the run on ati 4650 gpu

as title says,i read the minimum requirements and i wanna know will i be able to play this on ati 4650 1gb?anyone help?thx

Minimum: 512 MB RAM ATI Radeon 4870 or higher performance / 512 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT or higher performance.
If you ask me it will run, just not in high settings, maybe low-medium with no anti-aliasing.

and what about a cpu ?
