Bandwidth Spoofing?

Is there a way you can change your internet connection settings so it doesn’t use up any bandwidth? I don’t mean fiddling with hardware or using someone else’s connection, but doing stuff with software.

No its not possible , no form of encryption or anything can mask the true volume of data as it has to pass through the isp to get from you to where its going…

Nope, as said above, all traffic still has to run through your ISP’s servers

even if there was, you’d get into a lot of trouble with your ISP, and possibly a lawsuit.
