Can i install windows 7 on this ?

Can i install windows 7 SP1 on this ??
1gb Ram DDR2
2.6 Ghz P4 Processor
320 GB HDD(2X160)
If yes then which version should i install ???
I know that 1 GB ram is less but i can’t do anything
but plz tell me which version should i install

Either add more RAM (at least 1GB more) or stick to XP SP3!

yes you can, but mind that win 7 will take up 5-600MB of ram without any usage..
and go for Win 7 Ultimate directly..
just keep aero themes off for better and smoother interface..

Since you have 1GB RAM, I’d say sticking to XP profession is better as others also advising you.. If you have a 2GB then you can manage with win 7.

You can use it but it’s better wit vista it only asking for 512 mb of ram memory!

Yes you can install but it will not work as you are thinking. better to Install XP-SP 3.
