I downloaded files in the form of.HTML. How do I extract this files. Pls advise.
im not sure about how in this case but some uploaders pack their .rar files and just change the end to .html
so just try to change the file from .html to .rar or .zip

if the file size is as expected then yes chang to rar and expand (may even open by winrar without rename )
however if the file size is small it may mean the link you used to download is dead particularly if used download manager
