fallout 3 reloaded patch 1.0.0.15

Has anyone successfully patched the reloaded version? If so can you post a series of steps. Would be much appreciated ^_^

I think you can if you find an original fallout exe set..
I’m not bothring with the patch here, it doesn’t fix anything that matters to me.
