Avi to VCD Conversion Help

a friend needs help with getting these ‘ed avi’s to VCD for playing on DVDPlayers.
I don’t have any idea he also mentioned some 80min thingy.
any help is appriciated.
P.S: no specfic dvdplayer
well you can burn video CD’s with nero vision but if its too big then it wont work (even a few MB’s) but you can try over burning and testing which i did with Borat and worked. You may as well make a dvd video with convertx to dvd

Why does it have to be vcd? Why not dvd?
