torrentflux installation problem

ive made 2 free website and have installed rapidleech on them however that was easy now i want to install torrentflux but the problem is that
i cant understand how to install it
even the innstallation guide proved to be useless for me
can anyone help me with a easy explanation of the install

i installed it twice so i know how to get it done
but do note that its not intended for
shared or free hosting,first of it requires python
which most shared hostings dont provide,second of
if your host happen to provide it then they will probably delete your account after they will
notice the bandwidth usage/network hogging its more intended to run on a vps (virtual private server)
or a dedicated server , of course most usa based
providers will not even allow torrents in their TOS
so unless you plan on buying a vps/dedi
forget about it
