How to burn a bootable DVD?

Yes, I used search and those topics didn’t help me.
Now, I have Win 7 Pro and these are the files i have:

GRMCPRFRER_EN_DVD contains Win 7 and this is what I have in it:

HOW do I burn either that .iso (looks like .rar) or those files from inside to make BOOTABLE DVD??!?
Just don’t tell me to go to nero burning rom-> dvd(boot) cuz THAT AINT WORKING.

i think all you need to do is burn the iso file to your dvd. This is how its done:-

Get NERO n install it then enable its image drive n load the ISO(GRMCPRFRER_EN_DVD is the ISO file) in image drive then burn it.

To make a windows bootable disc you need the boot image, so if it’s not an iso you have a problem.
To see what it is, Tools->Folder Options->View->Hide extentions for known file types must be UNchecked. If it is an iso you could burn it easily with Nero or something like CDBurnerXP.

First off, what’s the extension for the file “GRMCPRFRER_EN_DVD”?
If it’s a RAR/ZIP (or some other packaged file format), extract it till you are left with a .ISO file. This ISO file should already contain whatever bootable info is needed. So once you have the ISO file, all you have to do is burn it to disc. You can get this done using ImgBurn. It’s free and gets the job done fairly easily.
