Help Plss =[ with wordpress Bans My Ip!

hello.. can some one plss help me .. i have a Blog with wordpress but for some reason it alwayz bans my ip and it wont let me get in or loging into my blog can someone plss help me and tell me why that happends to me pleas, & tell me how can i fix it do i wont get ban or bloked out my wordpress! thnks so much in advance (: heres is my blog

Have you done anything specific that you can remember, like installing a new plugin etc.?
Can you access your ftp? If you’re using wp-ban (plugin) check so you haven’t entered your own IP for testing purposes
