TPB trackers

This is bugging me long time now.
Am I the only one that has all three trackers from TPB disabled while downloading with uTorrent.
I checked their forum and mostly it says (it refreshes often) at least two of the trackers are working. I have to use peer exchange, dht and local peers, which is sometimes slow or I cant even download small files.
Is it because my ISP is blocking them, or uTorrent it self?

I was under the impression that TPB shutdown its trackers a long time back.

They recently changed to magnet links but they were still operating with torrents a few weeks back.
Zedd, that news are old, it’s from 2009. They’ve been active after that.

They’ve been providing .torrent files, but their tracker’s been offline for years. It was all DHT/PEX and third party trackers after that.
And as of last month, they’ve completed the transition to hash files only (magnet links) over torrents, furthering a decentralized and trackerless download system.
