upgrading help

if i wanna upgrade my vista business to ultimate would i lose all my programs?my business is genuine pre installed and i’m installin 1 dled from here,any help?
btw any good recommedations of ultimate 32-bit?thanks

Put the Vista Ultimate DVD in your drive and see if it will allow an upgrade ……… some downloads don’t allow an upgrade option. If the worst come to the worst you can always format your drive and do a fresh install of Vista Ultimate …………. save all your stuff first though.
