MS Office help regarding making a CV/ Resume

Hello all,
I got an excellent sample of a CV from somewhere. i want to make my own CV just like that but the file was in pdf format now i don’t know how to create such background and all in MS Office. can some one please help.
or if MS Office isn’t the best then what software should i use? sample image is below.

You can download a conversion tool
Just search for PDF to Office
or PDF to Word

yeah but they don’t always keep the settings/ indentation same. it’s a mess/ pain in the arse.
plus i also wanted to learn how to do this. so if anyone can help me, please come forward

Try using a PDF editor
Foxit PDF Editor comes to mind

I use this site all the time. I’ve never had a duff download in all the years I’ve used them. There is a popup advert that comes up, but it’s not intrusive. Smile
