Can RAW image format data be modified?

Hi,
We were having a photography contest and were planning to take only RAW format submissions.
I wanted to know if it is possible to tamper it’s data such as date taken and other stuff without being found out…

Yes, you can edit exif/metadata etc, there are plenty of apps to do this, PhotoME is freeware, and pretty easy to use.

lolz – I gave the OP the benefit of the doubt, what he does with the info is up to him
If he does intend cheating in a photo competition, he will still be found out, by other methods.
