Problem with Xlive.dll in GTA IV

As per GTA IV System Requirement,My PC is able to run GTA IV.
But when i try to launch the game I am getting this error.
“Xlive.dll is missing form your pc”
PLEASE give solution for this error.

You need to install/reinstall the Game for Windows marketplace client. You can find it at http://www.xbox.com/en-us/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient
