Mehh who cares, found some discussions on the net but no one seems to know. Just grab them from here. Or if you want I have the one you want, I could upload it if you wish but probably not before 10 hours pass since the time of the post.

Maybe because Microsoft wants you to buy it’s products instead of allowing you to download it for free off a site
Answer #3
I would suggest that its the very first stage in an eventual phase out period? maybe?

Back when Windows 7 was available for purchase and download through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft used a company by the name of Digital River to provide the Windows 7 ISO images. For a very long time, those Windows 7 ISO files were on a public, unsecured server and could be downloaded without showing any proof of purchase. This might have been be a long-running mistake on the part of Digital River, or perhaps Microsoft simply didn’t mind. However, now that Windows 8 and Windows 10 are soon to be out, Microsoft wants to phase out there older operating systems and took down the ISO images for that reason.

I needed home premium untouched :/.if that disc was used on a dell computer you bought, that’s far from untouched, it was customized by dell for that computer, and you can get a replacement from dell for basically the cost of a blank disc.
