Accessing WBB for the paranoids?

hey guys,
i am looking for advices on browsing and dling from wbb securely. I don’t want to bother with proxies, but I have been with comcast for years, and have gotten warnings consecutively. i was just wondering what are some methods i can look into. Automatic no-nos are: VPNs, Proxies, Or GO USE A LIBRARY COMPUTER.

You are downloading to much? You are surfing warez-bb? You have been caught downloading a specific file?

There are no bright ideas, you already wipe them out. Don’t want to get caught? Pay for a VPN.

I can’t see why an ISP would warn you for surfing this board, that’s utter rubbish.

Warnings for sharing X file you mean? That’s very common when your in the US & Download from public torrents, You have
nothing to worry about when downloading from file hosts, The connection is directly from your PC>Host and no one
can get in-between (unlike P2P)
