How to stop windows 10 installation

I am running windows 7 and got something installed that looks like a little window in my taskbar. Now everytime I boot up it says it has downloaded windows 10 and wants to install it.
How do I remove this intended installation?

Start>control panel>Programs and Features>Click view installed updates on left – Look for KB3035583 and uninstall and restart windows, don’t download again in windows update.
