Adhoc connectivity issue

So i recently learned about setting up an adhoc connection..here’s what i did:
Opened elevated cmd
entered : 1. netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=AdHoc key=<password>
2. netsh wlan start hostednetwork
3. shared the active internet connection with the newly created virtual adapter
Though everything went well the problem only arises when i connect my android phone with that.
Wifi is connected on my phone but there is no internet connectivity on the phonel
Using Windows 10
Wifi: DWA 123 11n usb
Internet: Dongle Connection I dont wanna use a third party software for this connection so any help with this issue is appreciated

i would say don’t mess with windows 10’s
it creates a lot of problem
i tried once result was re-installing the whole windows
