Can someone help me here please ( website, domain )

just installed my new forum ( fishing forum) but when i type my domain in nothing comes up,, but when i add this /index.php? ,sid=657d8f25086f1f83fef1402c8bf54699 on to the end of my domain, bingo! my site loads up. what am i doing wrong? thanks in advance.
