Xbox 360 Flash

Anyways, I am looking to flash my xbox 360 and I found this shop near my area that will do it for me. They have different options and stuffs, and I am pretty sure I only need to flash my DVD Drive right? But they have different options like J-Tag and Reset Glitch Hack, Just need to know what these are, and also if I need them. Here are the options.

And btw, after I have flashed my Xbox 360, all I need to do is burn the ISO right of the game? Will it fit in a 4.7gb DVD-R or DVD+r ? Thanks.

The recommended media is Verbatim DVD+R DL 8x
The most cost effective way of playing Xbox 360 games is via the Reset Glitch hack, don’t need to buy disks to burn.
You can buy drive emulators, but its not that flexible.
You might argue that hard drive prices are high, its a valid argument.
